1. I’m a man of many views. I was born to a Sicilian mother and a Polish father. I have war veterans on both sides of my family. My family is a wonderful mix of conservatives, independents and liberals. I’m a former Republican who is now registered as a Democrat. However, I vote across party lines like an Independent and have the views of a Libertarian. I “cling to my guns” and pray for those I love.Today, I voted. I voted for the future President of the United States of America. I did my research and I voted for this man for many reasons. Some of the most important being where he stands with veterans, healthcare and the economy. However, I think the most important issue for me began on June 16, 2011. See, I’ve been a father since 2007, but on June 16, 2011 I became a daddy to one of the most beautiful and vibrant little girls in the world. So, today I voted. I voted for the man who will stand up for her rights as a woman and I can say wholeheartedly that there is no chance in hell that I will vote any Republican, man or woman, into office and let them tell her what she can and can’t do with her body. Alexis Trinity, I love you. Daddy’s got this one. Obama 2012
